How Red Light Therapy Can Increase Brain Activity by Up to 80% (Crown Chakra or Neuroscience?)

Red light photobiomodulation is a form of light therapy that uses wavelengths between 660 and 1050 nanometers to penetrate the skull and stimulate mitochondria in brain cells. Studies suggest this process can increase cerebral blood flow and brain activity by up to 80%, potentially supporting cognitive performance, neurological recovery, and brain health.
Is this a crown chakra activation…
or advanced neuroscience?
I went to Luminous Remedies in Toronto and tried this is a photo-biomodulation cranial cap.
It uses red light at 660 nanometers and near infrared up to 1050 nanometers.
These wavelengths penetrate the skull…and stimulate the mitochondria — the energy centres of your cells.
It works similar to photosynthesis in plants. But instead of chlorophyll… your brain converts red light into energy.
This technology has been studied for:
• traumatic brain injuries
• concussions
• Alzheimer’s and neuro-degeneration
• epilepsy
• cognitive performance”
Even professional athletes and the military have been using variations of this for years.
With my eyes closed… I saw colours, patterns… almost like a kaleidoscope.
The brain is literally interpreting light… even when you can’t physically see it.
And this is where it gets interesting…
The crown chakra is associated with:
• consciousness
• awareness
• connection beyond the physical
So what if ancient systems described this as energy… And modern science is now measuring it as light and neural activity?
Different language…
Same activation.
So maybe consciousness isn’t just spiritual… maybe it’s also biological.
